Personal Information Form
The Personal Information Form contains all the personal information for the customer.  You can also look up customers by name and other methods, including a powerful yet flexible Advanced Search function.  The Print Contract button will print out the Promissory Note or Contract for the customer to sign, and this form can be customized to suit your business.  You can also create a new account by clicking on the New Account button at the bottom of the form.

The Employment Information Form lets you track all employment information pertaining to the customer.  It's easy to add new fields to any of the forms if you need additional information.
