Alpha Omega Consulting Group,
Inc. (AOCG) is a computer consulting organization based in Nashville,
Tennessee.
Alpha is the first letter of the Greek alphabet, and Omega is
the last. Our goal is to become "the beginning and the end of your search for
hardware, software, programming, training and support." Support is the
most important service we provide. Anyone can sell a computer system, but
few computer companies provide true continuing support after the sale. And with
the on-site training and support we provide, there are no "800" numbers,
no waiting on hold, no traveling to distant locales to take classes where
trainees work with make-believe data. We have found that users learn to operate
software more quickly, with better retention, when they work on their own
systems with their own data. Furthermore, as prices for hardware and software
have dropped precipitously, most hardware and software vendors have reduced or
eliminated support for their products, or made their support, in effect,
impossible to obtain, making our services all the more important to our
customers.
