On-Site Services
On-site training and support are vital services which we provide
on a daily basis to our customers. On-site training is often a better solution
than traditional classroom training for several reasons. First, users learn more
quickly and with better retention when they are working with their own data.
Most other forms of training involve "mythical" companies which sell "make
believe" products. Secondly, on-site training is less structured, and can be
provided in "baby steps." This means that a user is not overwhelmed with a
barrage of information which must be assimilated immediately. Users tend to be
more comfortable when they can learn the basics, use what they have learned in
the real world, then receive more advanced training as they need it. Also, our
training is provided directly to your company, so trainees don't have to be
worried about interrupting an entire classroom to have a company-specific
question addressed. Finally, on-site training is often less expensive than
classroom training, which is usually priced per trainee. Our on-site training is
priced per instructor, making it less costly, and you don't pay for training on
features which you don't need, making it more time-effective as
well.
On-site support is not a luxury for many companies. It is a
necessity. As prices for hardware and software have dropped, and profit margins
have narrowed drastically, many hardware and software vendors simply pay lip
service to support. And yet this is a critical issue for companies whose
employees have become more and more reliant on their computers.
